Ticket Information

Individual tickets will go on-sale to the general public in early March. GRSF Donors and Season Pass holders will have their first opportunity to reserve their individual seats.

Please contact the Box Office with any questions or concerns before purchasing your tickets. We want to assist you in any way possible, and monetary refunds are not part of our ticket policy.   • Section A $50 (Rows B-M)
  • Section B $30 (Rows A and N-P)
  • Student $15 (anyone with a valid student ID, includes college students)
  • *Special Tuesday evening pricing* $15 for all seats

GRSF loves groups! Whether you’re bringing your class of young students or are joining us for pure enjoyment, we can help create a package for your group. We can cater to any age (suggested age 11 and up) and all groups of 10 or more people receive a discount on tickets.

How can I buy tickets?

You can purchase tickets online, in person, or over the phone. GRSF takes all major credit cards, and accepts cash and checks.


Can I buy GRSF gift certificates?

Absolutely! GRSF gift certificates are great presents, and we’re happy to help you give the gift of live theater. Gift certificates cannot be purchased online, it must be handled over the phone or in-person.


Do my Season Passes guarantee me seats to each show?

Yes. Season Passes allow holders one ticket to each professional show. The Season Pass holder is responsible for contacting the Box Office once individual tickets go on-sale to reserve their seats to the date of the performance that they wish to see. This must be done over the phone, in person, or via email.


How do I get my tickets?

Tickets will be available at the Will Call window in the Performing Arts Center Lobby beginning 90 minutes before each performance. You may also pick up your tickets in advance ONLY at the downtown Box Office Location. The Box Office at the PAC Lobby will not print tickets for other individual performances other than the current date. Tickets are not mailed.


Is the Performing Arts Center Fully Accessible?

Yes. The Winona State Performing Arts Center is fully accessible for anyone with mobility issues. Ushers are available at the Accessible Entrance to assist Patrons Needing extra care. To reserve Accessible Seats, please contact the Box Office directly.
