Customizable experiences for groups of all ages

GRSF is the perfect place to bring a group of any size, age, or experience! GRSF offers competitive pricing for groups of 10 or more people, and can add a variety of features to tailor the experience to your group’s needs. Below are some activities you can add to your group’s visit with ease.

Stage combat workshop

Tailored to the ages and abilities in your group, short stage combat workshops can be arranged for those who really want to get in on the action!

Backstage tours

Learn more about what happens behind the scenes to create the magic you see on stage. GRSF employs dozens of seasoned theater professionals & artisans, all of whom are happy to share their knowledge and answer any questions your group may have.

Panel discussions

Coordinated with our Education Director, GRSF Teaching Artists, actors, and directors are happy to spend some time with your group to discuss the theatrical process, themes in the play, and more.

Picnic lunches

Bring your own lunch or order from a local shop and dine out in style. GRSF is in residence on the gorgeous campus of Winona State University, which features a large green space and gardens that sprawl right in front of the performance space.

Coordinated visits to other area attractions

Our Group Sales Specialist is ready to assist you in coordinating your visit to the Festival with visits to other area attractions. Whether your group is interested in paddling the backwaters of the Mississippi, visiting the historic Willet-Hauser stained glass workshop, or seeing the Monet, O’Keeffe, and Cassat paintings at the Minnesota Marine Art Museum right on the river.
