The Dorothy Day Dreamers are excited to make their debut at the GRSF Concerts On the Green series this summer. The group is a new arrangement of several Winona musicians; James Johnson (Drums), Daniel Wilson (Bass), Matthew Byrnes (Banjo), and Mike Munson (Guitars and Vocals).
With their varied musical backgrounds and interests, they draw on country, bluegrass, folk, and the music of Woody Guthrie to create their own version of what is often referred to as “Americana”. The Dorothy Day Dreamers perform original music and will celebrate Woody Guthrie’s 100th birthday at this year’s Concerts On the Green concert series.
