2012 FOW Steering Committee Members Tom Hoffmann, Jean Hayes, Kris Blanchard, Jim Nelson, Judy Rusert, Michelle Kline, Terry Hawkings, Mary Alice Anderson
Hospitality
Recruits and coordinates volunteers to supply food and host meals for GRSF cast and crew as needed during pre-season tech week and other selected dates mutually agreed upon by FOW and GRSF management. Kris Blanchard

Education
Works with assigned GRSF staff to proactively reach out to teachers, directors and students, as well as to anyone who would “never read Shakespeare”. Coordinate “Will Reads”. Ruth Charles, Michelle Kline
Front-of-House
Ushers: Recruits, assists in training, and assigns head ushers and ushers for all season performances and programs. Judy Rusert
Will~Guides: Recruits, assists in training, and assigns volunteers to greet theater patrons and provide information about GRSF and the community. Gretchen Erwin.
Move In/Move Out
Recruits, assists in training, and assigns volunteers to support GRSF company members as they move into and out of the East Lake Apartments. Volunteer work includes moving bins of household utensils to and from their storage location. Tom Hoffmann
Materials Distribution
Recruits, assists in training, and assigns volunteers to distribute GRSF promotional materials throughout the region. Blandine Berthelot, Dee Cipov, Tracy Morgan
Communications
Gathers information and publish periodic e-newsletter for Friends of Will. Post newsletters on grsf.org. Keep FOW information on grsf.org current. Mary Alice Anderson
Managing Secretary
Record meeting minutes and have them out to the Steering Committee within a minimal amount of time. Maintain agendas & minutes. Write and maintain correspondence as needed including thank you cards. Marsha Yancy
Special Projects
Works with GRSF staff to cover staffing needs for special projects i.e. concessions, mailings, volunteer hours documentation, etc. Terry Hawkings

Transportation
Recruits and assigns volunteers to provide transportation for company members, artists, speakers, and staff in need of travel to and from area airports. Jim Nelson
Volunteer Coordinator
Be the resource as new volunteers have questions about teams and roles. Send emails or make phone calls to new volunteers to welcome them and make them feel engaged and excited. Jean Hayes.
Volunteer Database
Maintain two volunteer databases. The Excel database which can be searched to determine teams and team members and the FOW newsletter database. Terry Hawkings
Team Leaders work closely under the direction of assigned GRSF staff. At the completion of the season, they oversee evaluations of the season volunteer work and report this to the Steering Committee. They are responsible for documentation of their volunteer hours and those of all team volunteers. This report will be submitted to the Steering Committee.
