CONTRIBUTE

Your contribution will help create:

Theater that moves the heart and touches the soul.

Educational opportunities that bring the compelling experience of theater to learners of all ages.

1.6 million dollars of revenue generated annually into the region.

Special events, free concerts, symposiums, and collaborations with art scholars and artists in all mediums.

All contributions are tax deductible and will be listed in the Playbill at the appropriate level.

The following are benefits for individual donors. Individual donors make up the majority of the Festival’s contributors and the Festival is incredibly grateful for the generosity of those donors.

$1 – $99

Mention in the playbill, e-newsletters;

$200 – $499

Above benefits plus early single ticket purchase opportunity;

$500 – $999

Above benefits plus an invitation to a backstage tour;

$1,000 – $4,999

Above benefits plus an invitation to a read-through;

$1,500

As an extra benefit in honor of our 15th Anniversary Season, our donors at this level will be our guests at a special “Founders Celebration” with the acting company and key Festival leaders;

$5,000 – $9,999

Above benefits plus an invitation to observe an onstage rehearsal;

$10,000+

Above benefits plus an invitation to join the Leadership Circle which entitles you to be a part of a select group of major donors who make a special champagne toast from the stage on Opening Night, and are the first to hear the plays chosen for the next season at a pre-season breakfast. Members are also recognized on a sign and video in the lobby, and are offered other sponsorship opportunities.

The Leadership Circle

The Leadership Circle was created with a very clear goal:

To secure major sustaining sponsors, each with a proven commitment to the enrichment of our community and/or a long history of supporting Great River Shakespeare Festival.

  • Business logo listing on the GRSF sponsor Board displayed prominently in theater lobby and in the downtown Box Office
  • 15% discount on playbill advertisements

$5000 to $9,999

  • All above benefits plus:
  • Performance sponsorship, which includes an announcement from stage and link through one of our Facebook events
  • Vouchers for up to eight tickets (to be used any way you wish–donate, share with employees, family or friends)
  • Complimentary one-inch advertisement in playbill or 25% discount on any larger program advertisement

$10,000 and above (includes an invitation to join our Leadership Circle):

  • All above benefits plus:
  • Logo in the GRSF playbill
  • One sponsorship of each play, which includes Facebook announcement and link through four (4) Facebook events
  • Feature in lobby video
  • Toast to the season from the stage on Opening Night
