Volunteer
Without our volunteers, the Great River Shakespeare Festival could not exist. As the volunteer arm of the Great River Shakespeare Festival, the Friends of Will support the work of GRSF through ushering at performances, greeting guests, transporting visiting artists and speakers, assisting company moves into housing, cooking and serving meals for the theater company, assisting in GRSF Company educational outreach, and distributing promotional materials throughout the state. All Friends of Will are ambassadors and GRSF representatives to the community and theater patrons.

- You may also sign up in person at the GRSF office during weekday office hours (10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) to volunteer for ushering and greeting or call 507-474-7900 ext. 112 and a GRSF staff member will record your requests.

Cooking and serving for GRSF company meals during tech week, back-to-back performances, and other selected dates. - Education - Kathie Geiger and Michelle Kline
Working on educational programs and events with GRSF staff and community. - Ushering - Karen Fawcett
Ushering at GRSF performances and events. Greeting theater patrons and providing information about the community in the lobby prior to all performances and during intermission. - Move In/Move Out - Kim Mills
Assisting GRSF Company members as they move into and out of the East Lake Apartments. - Publicity Distribution - Dee Cipov and Tracy Morgan and Blandine Berthelot
Distributing GRSF promotional material locally and throughout the region. - Transportation - Jim Nelson
Transporting visiting artists/speakers and GRSF Company members to and from area airports.
