Join noted scholars from the Winona community for an in-depth discussion of this season’s plays! Professors and teachers from WSU, Saint Mary’s, and Cotter High School will lead a lively conversation about each play by Shakespeare (Hamlet, The Merry Wives of Windsor, and the Apprentice/Intern Project Troilus and Cressida) on Wednesday evenings in June.
If you have questions about the historical context of the plays, the ways the characters connect to each other or to real-life historical figures, or if you just want to learn some additional background information about Shakespeare and his work, these are the events for you! GRSF education staff will also be present to answer any questions you may have about the season, tickets, and other educational offerings.
Held at Mugby Junction on Huff Street, WillReads offers an opportunity to share spirited discussion with other community members in a favorite Winona location.
